Send
Message : Type the message and select the user
you wish to send it to and press the 'send' button.
File
Attachment: Click on the 'Attach File(s)' button
to choose the file(s) and click 'send' to send
them to the chosen user. |
Receive
Message:
Upon
receiving the message and reading it click on
the close button to close the window. If you wish
to reply, click 'reply' and type your message
in the text box. |

can receive an attachment by clicking the 'accept'
button. Upon clicking the 'accept' button it will
ask you to select the destination place where
you wish to save the file.Utalk send an acknowledgement
to the sender upon your receipt. |
Set
Reminder :
A
user can set a reminder by clicking the following
button from the send message window.

Here you can set the date, time and message to
be displayed. |

Right
Click on the Utalk icon in the task bar and
select View Log to view the entire record of
all the messages sent and received by you.
